Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how dashready ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website (dashreadycrm.com) and our website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services (the "Services"). By using our website or engaging our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Interpretation and Definitions

Definitions

  • Company — dashready, referred to as "we," "us," or "our."
  • Client — a business or marketing agency that engages us to design, build, host, or maintain a website.
  • Personal Data — any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • Client Site Data — data collected or stored through a website we build or host on a Client's behalf, including form submissions and analytics from that Client's own visitors.
  • Service Provider — a third-party company or individual that processes data on our behalf (for example, hosting, email, analytics, or form-processing providers).
  • Usage Data — data collected automatically from use of our website.
  • You — the individual or business visiting our website or engaging our Services.

Information We Collect

Personal Data

When you visit our website, submit our contact form, or start a project with us, we may collect:

  • First and last name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Business or agency name, website, and location
  • Project details you share with us (goals, content, brand assets, references)
  • Any information you voluntarily submit through our contact form, including your name, email, and the message you send us
  • Billing information, processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card details

Client Site Data

When we build or host a website for a Client, that website may collect information from the Client's own visitors — such as contact-form submissions, booking requests, and analytics. That data belongs to the Client. We process it only as needed to build, host, maintain, and support the website, and according to the Client's instructions and our agreement with them. Visitors to a Client's website should refer to that Client's own privacy notice.

Usage Data

We automatically collect usage data when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, referring pages, device information, and diagnostic data.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

  • Essential cookies — required for the website to function.
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use our website.
  • Advertising cookies — our website includes the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which may set cookies to measure and improve our advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some features of our website.

Our contact form is handled by a third-party form-processing service, which receives the details you submit in order to deliver your message to us by email and to filter spam. That service processes the submission on our behalf and does not use it for its own marketing.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to you — answering enquiries, arranging calls, and preparing quotes and proposals.
  • To deliver the Services — designing, building, launching, hosting, and maintaining websites we are engaged to work on.
  • To communicate with you — sending project updates, invoices, and service notices you or your business have asked for.
  • To improve our website and Services — analysing usage trends and troubleshooting issues.
  • To maintain security — detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Data Security

We host websites and store project data on reputable infrastructure providers, and we use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and regular backups. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and while we work to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention of Data

We retain Personal Data and project data only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Clients may request export or deletion of their project data and Client Site Data, subject to legal retention requirements and any active agreement terms.

Disclosure of Data

Service Providers

We share data with trusted Service Providers who help us operate our website and deliver the Services — including hosting, domain, email, analytics, payment processing, and the form-processing service that delivers our contact-form submissions. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Agency Partners

When we work as a white-label partner for a marketing agency, we share project information with that agency as the Client. We do not contact the agency's end client directly unless the agency asks us to.

Business Transactions

If dashready is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred; we will provide notice before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose data where required by law, to protect the rights and property of dashready, or to protect the safety of users or the public.

We do not sell Personal Data or Client Site Data.

Children's Privacy

Our website and Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your Personal Data, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. For data collected through a Client's website, please contact that Client, who is responsible for their own visitor-facing privacy notice.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
